Day 1: Arrival and Leisure in Darjeeling
Arrive at Darjeeling railway station or fly into Bagdogra Airport (Jolly Grant is in Dehradun; for Darjeeling, Bagdogra is the correct one). You will be warmly welcomed by our representative, who will escort you to your pre-booked hotel. After check-in, take some time to relax and freshen up. Later in the afternoon, you may choose to stroll along the charming Mall Road or indulge in a nostalgic ride on the famous Darjeeling Toy Train—a must-do experience. In the evening, explore local markets and treat your taste buds to delicious regional cuisine. Call it an early night, as the next day begins bright and early.

Day 2: Sunrise at Tiger Hill & Darjeeling Sightseeing - Wake-up call at 3:00 AM! Today begins with a pre-dawn drive to Tiger Hill, where—weather permitting—you’ll witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Kanchenjunga peaks. As the first light of day strikes the snow-capped mountains, they transform into a palette of crimson and gold—an unforgettable spectacle. After soaking in this magical moment, continue your day with a visit to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, home to inspiring stories, mountaineering artifacts, and exhibits on expeditions to Everest and other Himalayan peaks. Nearby, explore the Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, known for its conservation of high-altitude wildlife like snow leopards and red pandas. Next, head to the Dhirdham Temple, a serene place of worship with stunning architecture. Then enjoy a thrilling ropeway ride offering panoramic views of the lush green valleys and tea gardens below. In the afternoon, stroll through the Happy Valley Tea Estate, one of Darjeeling’s oldest and most scenic plantations. Enjoy freshly brewed tea and consider purchasing some to take home as a souvenir. Conclude the day with a visit to the tranquil Peace Pagoda and Japanese Temple, followed by a brief stop at the historic Lebong Racecourse and the Tenzing Rock, a tribute to the legendary mountaineer Tenzing Norgay.

Return to the hotel in the evening and rest well after a day full of unforgettable sights.

Day 3: Departure from Darjeeling - Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. After check-out, our tour representative will assist you with your transfer to the railway station or airport for your onward journey.
