Travel Booking via Tour Enquiry Form

To request a tour booking, please complete and submit the Tour Enquiry Form available on our website. The form may require the following information:

Tour Registration Payment

The balance payment must be made according to the payment schedule communicated by our Travel Advisor. Delays in payment may affect the availability of hotels, transportation, sightseeing services, or other travel arrangements.

Visa Documentation

For international tours, our Travel Advisor will guide you regarding the applicable visa requirements, documentation, application process, and submission timelines.

Visa approval is subject to the rules and decisions of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Travellers are requested to provide complete and accurate documents and adhere to the timelines communicated by our team.

Any visa fees, appointment charges, documentation charges, courier charges, or other related expenses may be payable separately, unless specifically included in the tour package.

Payment

At Kashiyatra Tours, we aim to make your booking experience smooth and convenient. You may choose from the secure payment options provided by our team to confirm your tour, package, or travel service.

All payments must be made only through the official payment details provided by Kashiyatra Tours. Before making any payment, please verify the account or payment information with our Travel Advisor.

For direct bank transfers or payments made through a payment application, please mention the relevant details in the payment narration, such as:

• Tour name or tour code

• Booking reference number

• Guest name

• Service availed

After completing the transaction, kindly share a screenshot, receipt, or transaction confirmation with our Travel Advisor through WhatsApp or email for verification.

Digital Payments and Cash Guidelines

We encourage travellers to use secure digital payment methods for convenience, transparency, and safety.

Cash payments, where accepted, will be subject to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Additional identification or tax details may be requested where required.

Outstation cheques may not be accepted. Payments made by cheque will be considered subject to successful clearance.

Travellers are advised not to make payments to any personal account or unauthorized representative. Kashiyatra Tours will not be responsible for payments made through unverified channels.

Payment Acknowledgement

Once your payment has been successfully processed and verified, our team will provide a payment acknowledgement or confirmation through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or another official communication channel.

The acknowledgement may include:

• Amount received

• Date of payment

• Payment reference

• Booking or tour reference number

• Balance amount, if applicable

If you do not receive a payment acknowledgement within the expected time, please contact your Travel Advisor promptly through WhatsApp or email and share the transaction details for verification.

Changes to the Pre-Defined Tour Programme

If you wish to make any change or amendment to your confirmed tour programme, please inform your Travel Advisor as early as possible.

Requests may include changes to:

• Number of travellers

• Meal arrangements

• Room requirements

• Other included services

All changes will be subject to availability, feasibility, supplier policies, and applicable charges. Additional costs may apply for amendments made after confirmation.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your tour or any confirmed travel service for any reason, please inform your Travel Advisor in writing through email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation policy applicable to your tour, package, hotel, transportation, visa service, activity, or other travel arrangement. The charges may vary depending on:
