COVID-19 Travel Instructions & Safety Guidelines
At Kashiyatra Tours, the health, safety and well-being of our guests remain our priority. Travellers are advised to follow all applicable health, safety and travel regulations issued by the Government of India, local authorities, airlines, hotels, airports, and destination authorities.
1. Before Your Journey
Check the latest COVID-19 and health-related travel requirements applicable to your destination before departure.
Carry a valid government-issued photo ID and all required travel documents.
If vaccination certificates, health declarations, COVID-19 test reports, or other health documents are required by the destination or service provider, ensure they are valid and available before travelling.
Travellers should check airline-specific requirements before departure, as requirements may differ between airlines and destinations.
Consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes appropriate medical and travel-related coverage.
2. During Travel
Maintain good personal hygiene and wash or sanitize your hands regularly.
Carry personal hand sanitizer and, where appropriate, protective masks for use during travel.
Avoid close contact with people who are visibly unwell whenever reasonably possible.
Follow health and safety instructions provided by airports, airlines, hotels, transport operators, guides, and local authorities.
If you develop symptoms such as fever, cough, breathing difficulty, or other signs of illness during your journey, inform your tour manager, guide, hotel, airline, or local representative immediately.
3. Hotels & Accommodation
Hotels and accommodation providers may have their own health and safety procedures. Guests are requested to comply with the applicable rules and instructions at the property.
Cleaning, sanitization, check-in procedures, dining arrangements, and other hotel services may be modified depending on local regulations or operational requirements.
4. Transportation
Transportation services may be subject to health and safety requirements imposed by the relevant authorities or service providers.
Guests should follow the instructions of drivers, transport operators, airlines, railway authorities, and airport personnel throughout the journey.
Any changes to transportation schedules, routes, capacity, or services resulting from government regulations, health advisories, airline policies, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
5. If You Become Unwell
If a traveller develops COVID-19 symptoms or tests positive during the trip, the traveller should immediately inform the tour representative or local service provider.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable regulations, the traveller may be required to undergo medical assessment, testing, isolation, quarantine, or other health measures.
Any additional expenses arising from medical treatment, testing, quarantine, additional accommodation, meals, transportation, flight changes, or other related services will generally be the traveller's responsibility unless covered by applicable insurance or specifically agreed otherwise.
6. Changes, Postponement & Cancellation
Travel plans may occasionally be affected by government regulations, public-health measures, airline restrictions, border requirements, quarantine rules, or other circumstances beyond the control of Kashiyatra Tours.
If a tour, flight, hotel booking, sightseeing service, or other travel arrangement is affected, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the traveller and coordinate with our suppliers.
Cancellation, amendment, refund, credit, or postponement will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Kashiyatra Tours and the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, insurance companies, and other service providers.
Additional charges may apply where suppliers impose cancellation, amendment, rebooking, fare-difference, or other applicable fees.
7. Responsibility of Travellers
Travellers are responsible for:
Checking the latest entry and health requirements before travelling.
Providing accurate health and travel information where required.
Carrying all required documents.
Following applicable government and local health regulations.
Following the instructions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, guides, and tour representatives.
Obtaining suitable travel insurance.
Taking reasonable precautions to protect their own health and the health of fellow travellers.
8. Government & Health Advisories
Travel requirements can change at short notice. Guests should refer to the latest official advisories issued by the relevant government and health authorities before and during their journey.
Kashiyatra Tours will endeavour to provide available information regarding significant travel restrictions affecting booked services; however, travellers remain responsible for complying with the regulations applicable to their journey.
Important Notice
COVID-19-related requirements, restrictions, testing rules, vaccination requirements, quarantine measures, and travel procedures may change without prior notice.
Kashiyatra Tours cannot be held responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, additional costs, or disruptions resulting from government decisions, public-health measures, airline policies, border restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
