Terms and Conditions

A contract is formed between Kashiyatra Tours and our esteemed guests once we confirm your selected tour and receive your signed booking form along with the deposit. By signing and submitting the form, you agree to the following terms and conditions, indicating that all participants on the tour acknowledge and accept them, entering into a binding agreement with us.

1. Booking Confirmation:

   • Your booking is confirmed only after we have received both the signed booking form and the required deposit. All sections of the form must be fully and accurately completed.

   • After confirmation, we will provide your detailed itinerary, invoice, and other necessary travel documents.

2. Deposit and Payment Terms:

   • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is generally non-refundable.

   • The remaining balance is to be paid by the date specified in the booking confirmation. If full payment is not received by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

3. Cancellations by Guests:

   • Any cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees will apply depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

     • More than 60 days prior to departure: loss of deposit.

     • 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.

     • Less than 30 days: 100% of the tour cost.

   • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour once it has begun.

4. Amendments to Bookings:

   • If you need to make changes to your booking, we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability. However, changes may result in additional charges.

   • Requests for amendments less than 30 days before the departure date may not be possible and could result in cancellation fees.

5. Travel Insurance:

   • We highly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance, covering cancellations, medical emergencies, personal accidents, and loss of personal belongings, as Kashiyatra Tours does not accept responsibility for such events.

6. Responsibility and Liability:

   • Kashiyatra Tours acts as an intermediary between guests and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.). We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages sustained during the tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including delays, weather, or changes in itinerary.

   • While we strive to ensure a smooth travel experience, factors such as natural disasters, political events, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the tour schedule, and we will not be held responsible for such disruptions.

7. Health and Safety:

   • It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the tour. We must be informed of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

   • We reserve the right to decline participation to anyone who may pose a risk to themselves or other travelers due to health or safety concerns.

8. Passport and Visa Requirements:

   • Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and visas required for travel to and within the country (or countries) included in the itinerary. Failure to have the necessary documentation may result in denied entry or additional expenses.

9. Dispute Resolution:

   • In the event of any dispute, we are committed to resolving the issue amicably. Should a resolution not be reached, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the governing courts where Kashiyatra Tours is based.

By signing and submitting the booking form and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions
