Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your booking within 30 days without providing a reason. The deadline for cancellation is 30 days from the date you made the booking.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us via a clear statement. You can do so by emailing us at kashiyatratour@gmail.com.

Refunds

Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund no later than 30 days from the day we receive your request. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original booking, and no additional fees will apply for the reimbursement.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

• Post-Booking Cancellation: After booking confirmation, a 15% cancellation fee will apply, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

• 30 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled tour departure will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

• 15-30 Days Before Departure: If you cancel within 15 to 30 days before the tour, a 40% cancellation fee will apply.

• 10-15 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made between 10 to 15 days before the departure will incur an 85% cancellation fee.

• 10 Days or Less / No Show: Cancellations made within 10 days of departure or failure to show up will result in no refund.

• No Refund After Tour Commencement: Once the tour has started, or if you leave the tour early, no refund will be provided for any unused portion.

Flight Ticket Cancellations

Flight cancellations will be handled in accordance with the airline’s specific policies and rules.

Responsibility for Cancellations

We cannot be held responsible for circumstances that lead to the cancellation or interruption of the tour, such as weather conditions, health issues, or unforeseen personal circumstances. No refunds will be provided for such cases once the tour has commenced.
