Day 1: Arrival in Dakar, Senegal - Arrive at Blaise Diagne International Airport, Dakar. Meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, enjoy a welcome dinner with Senegalese cuisine. Evening free to stroll along the Corniche, watching the Atlantic sunset. Overnight in Dakar.

Day 2: Dakar City Tour - After breakfast, begin your guided Dakar exploration. Visit the African Renaissance Monument, the tallest statue in Africa. Continue to the IFAN Museum of African Arts and Sandaga Market. Enjoy lunch before visiting the bustling Médina district. Evening leisure or optional live music show. Overnight in Dakar.

Day 3: Goree Island – UNESCO World Heritage Site - Take a morning ferry to Gorée Island, known for its role in the Atlantic slave trade. Explore the House of Slaves Museum, colonial streets, and colorful bougainvillea-lined alleys. Lunch on the island before returning to Dakar. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Dakar.

Day 4: Lac Rose (Pink Lake) and Village Visit - Head to Lac Retba (Pink Lake), famous for its striking pink waters caused by algae. Experience a traditional salt harvesting demonstration and enjoy a short camel ride along the dunes. Visit nearby villages to learn about local crafts. Overnight in Dakar.

Day 5: Flight to Cape Verde – Santiago Island - Transfer to the airport for a flight to Praia, Cape Verde. Upon arrival, check-in and relax. Evening orientation walk through Plateau, Praia’s historic center, with colonial architecture and lively music spots. Overnight in Praia.

Day 6: Santiago Island Exploration - After breakfast, explore Cidade Velha, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the first European settlement in the tropics. Visit the Royal Fortress of São Filipe, the old cathedral, and the slave pillory. Afternoon at Tarrafal Beach for relaxation. Overnight in Praia.

Day 7: Santiago to São Vicente Island - Fly to São Vicente Island. Check-in at your hotel in Mindelo, the cultural capital of Cape Verde. Evening free to explore the harbor, music venues, and cafes. Overnight in Mindelo.

Day 8: São Vicente & Santo Antão Excursion - Early ferry to Santo Antão Island, famous for its dramatic mountains and lush valleys. Visit volcanic landscapes, sugarcane plantations, and fishing villages. Return to São Vicente in the evening. Overnight in Mindelo.

Day 10: Flight to Banjul, Gambia - Transfer to the airport for your flight to Banjul, Gambia. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Evening leisure walk along the Atlantic coast. Overnight in Banjul.

Day 11: Banjul City Tour - After breakfast, explore Albert Market, the Arch 22 monument, and the National Museum. Visit Kachikally Crocodile Pool, where locals believe the water brings blessings. Evening free. Overnight in Banjul.

Day 12: River Gambia Cruise & Makasutu Cultural Forest - Take a scenic boat ride along the River Gambia, spotting birdlife and mangroves. Continue to Makasutu Cultural Forest for a guided nature walk, traditional dance, and cultural insights. Overnight in Banjul.

Day 13: Juffureh and Kunta Kinte Island - Journey to Juffureh, made famous by Alex Haley’s Roots. Visit the museum and Kunta Kinte Island, a UNESCO site tied to the slave trade. Return to Banjul. Overnight in Banjul.
