Day 1: Arrival in Muscat – City Orientation - Arrive at Muscat International Airport, where our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, relax for a while before setting out on a short orientation of the city. Drive along the Corniche, passing the Muttrah Souq and Al Alam Palace, the ceremonial residence of the Sultan. End the day with leisure time at Qurum Beach before returning to your hotel. Overnight stay in Muscat.

Day 2: Muscat City Tour – Wahiba Sands Desert Camping - After breakfast, enjoy a half-day city tour of Muscat. Visit the iconic Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, admired for its marble structure, chandeliers, and handmade Persian carpet. Continue to the Royal Opera House and explore the lively Muttrah Souq, where traditional Omani goods and spices are sold.

By afternoon, depart for the desert journey. Drive through rugged mountains and coastal roads before reaching Wahiba Sands, one of Oman’s most famous deserts. Experience thrilling dune bashing in a 4x4 vehicle as you glide over golden sand dunes. Arrive at the desert camp, where you will be welcomed with traditional Arabic coffee and dates. Enjoy camel rides, sandboarding, or simply relax in the serene desert surroundings. After sunset, savor a delicious BBQ dinner under the starlit sky and spend the night in a traditional Bedouin-style camp.

Day 3: Desert Exploration – Wadi Bani Khalid - Wake up to the tranquil silence of the desert and enjoy breakfast at the camp. Today, set out for an excursion to Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Oman’s most beautiful natural oases. Swim in turquoise pools surrounded by dramatic cliffs and palm groves, or take a short hike along its trails. Return to your desert camp for lunch and more desert activities. In the evening, witness the magical sunset over the dunes before gathering around a campfire. Dinner and overnight stay at the desert camp.

Day 4: Wahiba Sands – Nizwa Tour – Back to Muscat - After breakfast, depart from the desert and drive towards Nizwa, the cultural capital of Oman. Visit the impressive Nizwa Fort, known for its massive circular tower and panoramic views of the city. Explore the traditional Nizwa Souq, famous for silver jewelry, pottery, and Omani daggers (khanjars). Continue to visit Jabrin Castle, a 17th-century castle renowned for its painted ceilings and fine woodwork. By evening, return to Muscat and check in at your hotel. Overnight stay in Muscat.

Day 5: Departure from Muscat - Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Depending on your flight timing, you may have time for last-minute shopping at Muttrah Souq or a relaxed walk along the Corniche. Later, transfer to Muscat International Airport for your departure with unforgettable memories of your Oman Desert Camping Tour Package.
