Day 1: Arrival in Moscow – Evening Orientation - Upon arrival at Moscow International Airport, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, take some time to relax and freshen up. In the evening, enjoy a short orientation walk or a panoramic night tour of Moscow to see the city’s illuminated monuments, including the Kremlin walls and the majestic Moscow River embankments. Overnight stay in Moscow.

Day 2: Moscow City Tour – Red Square & St. Basil’s Cathedral - After breakfast, set out for a guided full-day city tour of Moscow. Start at the world-famous Red Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and see the stunning St. Basil’s Cathedral with its colorful onion domes. Visit Lenin’s Mausoleum and admire the grand GUM Department Store. Continue to Alexander Garden, home to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. In the afternoon, enjoy a walking tour along the historic Arbat Street, known for its charming shops, cafés, and street performances. End the day with a visit to the Moscow Metro, famous for its ornate stations often referred to as “underground palaces.” Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Moscow.

Day 3: Kremlin & Armoury Museum – Moscow River Cruise - After breakfast, head to the Moscow Kremlin, the political and historical heart of Russia. Explore its cathedral square, ancient churches, and the impressive Armoury Museum, home to royal treasures, Fabergé eggs, and ceremonial attire. After lunch, embark on a scenic Moscow River Cruise to see the city from a unique perspective, passing by landmarks such as the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour and Luzhniki Stadium. In the evening, enjoy leisure time for personal exploration or shopping. Overnight stay in Moscow.

Day 4: Excursion to Sergiev Posad - After breakfast, take a day trip to Sergiev Posad, one of Russia’s most important spiritual centers and part of the Golden Ring. Visit the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius, a UNESCO site, to see its stunning blue-and-gold domes and centuries-old frescoes. Learn about the history of the Russian Orthodox Church and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Return to Moscow in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Moscow to Kazan – Evening Free - After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to the train station or airport for your journey to Kazan. Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, you’ll have the evening free to explore nearby streets, try local Tatar dishes like chak-chak (a sweet dessert), or enjoy a relaxing evening along the Kazanka River. Overnight stay in Kazan.

Day 6: Kazan City Tour – Kazan Kremlin & Kul Sharif Mosque - After breakfast, start your guided city tour of Kazan. Begin with the Kazan Kremlin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you’ll see the beautiful Kul Sharif Mosque, one of the largest in Europe, and the Annunciation Cathedral, representing the city’s unique blend of Islamic and Orthodox heritage. Visit the leaning Söyembikä Tower, rich in legends. Continue to Bauman Street, a lively pedestrian area with shops, cafés, and street performers. End the day with a sunset view over the Volga River. Overnight stay in Kazan.

Day 7: Island Town of Sviyazhsk & Raifa Monastery - After breakfast, take a day trip to the Island Town of Sviyazhsk, a historical fortress built in 1551 by Ivan the Terrible. Wander through its ancient streets, wooden churches, and monasteries. Later, visit the Raifa Monastery, located within a scenic forest by a tranquil lake, known for its miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary. Return to Kazan in the evening for some free time to shop for souvenirs such as Tatar embroidery or handmade crafts. Overnight stay in Kazan.

Day 8: Departure from Kazan - After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for last-minute shopping or a short stroll along the city’s riverside promenade. Transfer to Kazan International Airport for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of Moscow’s grandeur and Kazan’s cultural charm.
