Day 1: Arrival in Mauritius – Tropical Welcome

Upon arrival at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport in Mauritius, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your beachfront resort. Enjoy a traditional welcome drink and check in to your room overlooking the turquoise lagoon. The rest of the day is at leisure. Stroll along the sandy beach, dip your feet into the warm Indian Ocean, or simply relax by the infinity pool. In the evening, enjoy a delectable Mauritian dinner featuring Creole, Indian, and French influences. Overnight stay in Mauritius.

Day 2: North Island Tour – Port Louis & Pamplemousses

After breakfast, embark on a full-day North Island tour. Begin with a visit to the capital city, Port Louis, where you can explore the Caudan Waterfront, bustling markets, and the Blue Penny Museum. Continue to the Pamplemousses Botanical Garden, famous for its giant water lilies and exotic plants. Later, head to Grand Baie, a lively coastal village perfect for shopping and beachfront cafes. Return to your resort for a relaxing evening by the sea. Overnight in Mauritius.

Day 3: South Island Discovery – Nature & Culture

Today’s adventure takes you to the scenic South Island. Visit Trou aux Cerfs, a dormant volcanic crater offering panoramic views, followed by Grand Bassin, a sacred Hindu lake with a giant statue of Lord Shiva. Proceed to the Chamarel Seven Colored Earth, a geological marvel, and admire the Chamarel Waterfall cascading down lush cliffs. Along the way, enjoy glimpses of tea plantations and sugar estates. Return to your resort and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Mauritius.

Day 4: Ile aux Cerfs – Paradise Island Excursion

After breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to Ile aux Cerfs, an idyllic island with white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Enjoy speedboat rides, snorkeling, parasailing, or just sunbathing under swaying palms. Relish a barbecue lunch by the beach. Return to your resort in the evening and enjoy a sunset stroll along the shoreline. Overnight in Mauritius.

Day 5: Leisure Day – Optional Water Sports or Spa

This day is free for you to explore at your own pace. You may choose to indulge in water sports like scuba diving or deep-sea fishing, or simply enjoy a rejuvenating spa treatment at the resort. For shopping lovers, a visit to Flacq Market or Curepipe town is recommended. Overnight stay in Mauritius.

Day 6: Flight to Nairobi – Gateway to the Safari Adventure

After breakfast, check out from your resort and transfer to the airport for your flight to Nairobi, Kenya. Upon arrival, our local representative will meet you and assist with hotel transfer. In the evening, you can opt for a visit to the famous Carnivore Restaurant for a delicious dinner. Overnight stay in Nairobi.

Day 7: Nairobi to Maasai Mara – Safari Begins

Enjoy breakfast before driving to the world-renowned Maasai Mara National Reserve. Pass through the scenic Great Rift Valley with photo stops along the way. Upon arrival, check into your safari lodge or luxury tented camp. After lunch, embark on your first thrilling game drive in the Maasai Mara, home to lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, and more. Return to the lodge for dinner and an evening around the campfire. Overnight stay in Maasai Mara.

Day 8: Full-Day Safari in Maasai Mara

Today, set out for a full-day safari with picnic lunch in the heart of the reserve. Explore vast savannahs dotted with acacia trees, spotting the Big Five and other wildlife. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras. In the afternoon, visit a Maasai village to experience their traditional culture, dances, and crafts. Return to your lodge for a hearty dinner and storytelling by the campfire. Overnight in Maasai Mara.

Day 9: Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha – Scenic Lake Views

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive as you depart Maasai Mara and head towards Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake surrounded by wildlife. Check into your lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, take a boat ride to see hippos, water birds, and possibly giraffes and zebras along the shores. Visit Crescent Island for a walking safari amidst grazing antelopes. Overnight stay at Lake Naivasha.

Day 10: Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park

Depart after breakfast for Amboseli National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, go on a game drive across the park’s open plains, spotting lions, cheetahs, wildebeest, and over 400 bird species. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay in Amboseli.

Day 11: Departure from Nairobi

After an early breakfast and a final morning game drive in Amboseli, return to Nairobi. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of Mauritius’ beaches and Kenya’s wild savannahs.
