Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu – Evening Leisure - Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. After check-in, take some time to relax and refresh. In the evening, you can explore Thamel, the city’s bustling tourist hub, filled with shops, cafés, and restaurants serving authentic Nepali cuisine. This is the perfect opportunity to experience the city’s lively atmosphere at your own pace. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing – Temples & Stupas - After breakfast, begin your full-day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, exploring its rich spiritual and cultural heritage.

  • Start with a visit to the Pashupatinath Temple, one of the holiest Hindu temples in the world, located on the banks of the Bagmati River. Devotees from across the globe visit this UNESCO World Heritage Site to seek blessings from Lord Shiva.

  • Continue to the Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in Asia, adorned with prayer flags and surrounded by monasteries. It is a serene site where you can experience Tibetan Buddhist culture.

  • Next, visit the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, perched on a hilltop offering panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. This site represents harmony between Hindu and Buddhist faiths and is one of Nepal’s oldest spiritual landmarks.

In the afternoon, explore Kathmandu Durbar Square, once the royal palace complex of the Malla kings. The square is dotted with intricately carved temples, courtyards, and monuments showcasing Newari art and architecture. After sightseeing, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 3: Patan & Bhaktapur Excursion - After breakfast, embark on a day trip to two of the valley’s historic cities – Patan and Bhaktapur.

  • Begin with Patan Durbar Square, located in the city of Lalitpur. Known as the “City of Fine Arts,” Patan is home to stunning temples, statues, and the famous Krishna Mandir built entirely of stone. The Golden Temple and Mahabouddha Temple are other highlights. Explore the local artisan workshops where traditional metalwork and wood carvings are still practiced.

  • Continue to Bhaktapur, a medieval city often described as an open-air museum. Walk through its narrow lanes lined with red-brick houses, courtyards, and traditional potter’s squares. Explore Bhaktapur Durbar Square, home to the 55-Window Palace, Vatsala Temple, and the impressive Lion Gate. Don’t miss the Nyatapola Temple, a five-storied pagoda towering over the city.

In the evening, return to Kathmandu. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 4: Departure from Kathmandu - After breakfast, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping in Thamel or Durbar Marg, where you can buy Nepali handicrafts, prayer flags, jewelry, or local tea.
