Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu – Half-Day Sightseeing - Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in and refreshment, begin your half-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, one of Asia’s most fascinating cultural capitals. Start with a visit to the Pashupatinath Temple, the holiest Hindu shrine in Nepal dedicated to Lord Shiva, located along the sacred Bagmati River. Witness devotees performing rituals and gain insight into the temple’s deep spiritual significance. Continue to the Boudhanath Stupa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. Surrounded by monasteries and prayer wheels, it is a hub of Tibetan Buddhist culture, where you can soak in the serene spiritual atmosphere.

Later, drive to the Swayambhunath Stupa, famously known as the Monkey Temple. Perched atop a hill, it offers panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. The stupa is adorned with prayer flags and Buddha’s all-seeing eyes, symbolizing wisdom and compassion.

After sightseeing, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Kathmandu Durbar Square – Departure - After breakfast, check out and proceed to Kathmandu Durbar Square, a historic plaza that once served as the royal palace complex of the Malla kings. Admire the intricately carved temples, courtyards, and monuments, including the Hanuman Dhoka Palace and Kumari Ghar – home of the living goddess. The square beautifully reflects Newari art and architecture.

Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy some free time for last-minute shopping in Thamel, where you can purchase handicrafts, singing bowls, pashmina shawls, or traditional souvenirs. Later, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey, carrying lasting memories of Kathmandu’s spiritual and cultural charm.
