Day 1: Arrival in Santiago – Praia City Tour - Arrive at Nelson Mandela International Airport in Praia, Santiago Island’s capital. Meet your Kashiyatra Tours representative and transfer to your hotel. After some rest, embark on a guided city tour of Praia, exploring the historic Plateau district with its colonial buildings, the Presidential Palace, and bustling local markets. Visit the Ethnographic Museum for an introduction to Cape Verde’s diverse cultural heritage. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner featuring traditional Creole dishes and live music. Overnight stay in Praia.

Day 2: Santiago Island Exploration – Cidade Velha - After breakfast, journey to Cidade Velha, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the first European colonial settlement in the tropics. Explore the 15th-century Fort Real de São Filipe, the old cathedral ruins, and the famous Pelourinho square. Learn about Cape Verde’s role in the transatlantic trade and its cultural fusion. Enjoy a seaside lunch before returning to Praia for leisure time. You may explore local shops or relax at Quebra Canela Beach. Overnight stay in Praia.

Day 3: Santiago to São Vicente – Mindelo Cultural Tour - Fly to São Vicente Island, the cultural heart of Cape Verde. Upon arrival in Mindelo, check in to your hotel and begin your cultural discovery. Stroll along Avenida Marginal, visit the colorful municipal market, and explore the vibrant streets filled with music, art, and murals. Mindelo is famous for its musical heritage, especially morna and coladeira. In the evening, enjoy a traditional dinner accompanied by live performances in a local restaurant. Day 4: Santo Antão – Island of Mountains and Valleys - Take a morning ferry to Santo Antão, known for its lush green valleys and dramatic mountain scenery.
