Namaste and welcome to our home! We are passionate about sharing the art of Indian cooking, and our class offers an intimate opportunity to learn the techniques and traditions that make Indian cuisine so special.

Starting at 11 AM, this 3-hour class focuses on creating a traditional Thali, which includes Dal, Rice, Chapati, and Curry. For those looking to expand their culinary repertoire, we also teach other classic dishes like Malai Kofta, Naan, Gulab Jamun, and Palak Paneer. Our classes are entirely vegetarian, showcasing the diverse flavors and rich heritage of Varanasi’s cuisine.

Beyond cooking, you’ll gain an understanding of the cultural significance of each dish, the role of spices, and traditional cooking methods. By the end of the session, you'll have not only learned how to cook delicious Indian food but also gained a deeper appreciation for the culture behind it.
