Full Description: Your gastronomic adventure begins at 4:00 PM with a convenient pick-up from your hotel. You’ll be driven to Assi Ghat, the southernmost ghat in Varanasi, where your journey into the city’s lesser-known food culture begins.

Start your tasting tour with poori sabzi, a popular Varanasi dish where crispy poori or kachori is stuffed with dal and served with a spicy potato gravy. Next, indulge in some of Varanasi’s famous sweets, including jalebi, a syrup-soaked deep-fried treat, and shahi tukda, a decadent Indian bread pudding.
