Day 1: Arrival in Muscat – Evening City Orientation - Arrive at Muscat International Airport, where our representative will welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in and some rest, begin your journey with an orientation drive through Muscat, passing through its beautifully lit streets and coastline. Stop at the scenic Qurum Beach for a relaxing evening stroll before heading back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Muscat.

Day 2: Muscat City Tour – Muttrah Souq & Royal Opera House - After breakfast, set off on a guided city tour of Muscat. Visit the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, one of the largest in the world, admired for its intricate chandeliers and Persian carpet. Continue to the Royal Opera House, a stunning example of modern Omani architecture. Drive along the Corniche to Muttrah Souq, one of the oldest marketplaces in Oman, where you can shop for frankincense, silver jewelry, and handicrafts. Visit Al Alam Palace, the ceremonial residence of the Sultan, flanked by the historic forts of Jalali and Mirani. Return to your hotel for overnight stay in Muscat.

Day 3: Muscat – Quriyat – Wadi Shab – Sur - After breakfast, depart Muscat and travel along the scenic coastal road. Stop at Quriyat, a small fishing town, before continuing to Wadi Shab, a stunning gorge with emerald pools and waterfalls. Enjoy a short hike and take a refreshing dip in the natural waters. Continue the journey to Bimmah Sinkhole, a dramatic limestone crater filled with turquoise water. In the evening, arrive in Sur, a charming coastal town famous for dhow building. Visit the dhow factory and enjoy a walk along the Corniche. Overnight stay in Sur.

Day 4: Sur – Wahiba Sands Desert Adventure - After breakfast, drive inland to the golden dunes of Wahiba Sands, one of Oman’s most iconic deserts. Experience thrilling dune bashing in a 4x4 vehicle and capture the mesmerizing desert landscapes. Visit a Bedouin family to learn about their lifestyle and enjoy traditional Omani hospitality. You may also try camel riding or sandboarding for extra adventure. As the sun sets, the desert comes alive with hues of gold and red, offering perfect photo opportunities. In the evening, enjoy a BBQ dinner at the desert camp under a star-filled sky before spending the night in traditional Bedouin-style accommodation.

Day 5: Wahiba Sands – Wadi Bani Khalid – Nizwa - Wake up to the silence of the desert and enjoy breakfast before heading to Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Oman’s most beautiful wadis. Spend time swimming in its turquoise pools, surrounded by dramatic cliffs and palm groves. Continue your journey to Nizwa, the cultural capital of Oman. On arrival, visit the bustling Nizwa Souq, famous for silver jewelry, pottery, and traditional daggers known as khanjars. Overnight stay at a hotel in Nizwa.

Day 6: Nizwa Fort – Jabrin Castle – Back to Muscat - After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the impressive Nizwa Fort, a 17th-century stronghold offering panoramic views of the city and mountains. Then proceed to Jabrin Castle, known for its intricate ceilings, painted walls, and fine wood carvings. Continue the drive back to Muscat, passing through scenic landscapes and charming villages. In the evening, enjoy leisure time at Muscat’s modern malls or relax at the beach. Overnight stay in Muscat.

Day 7: Departure from Muscat - After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you may enjoy some last-minute shopping at Muttrah Souq or a relaxed stroll along the Corniche. Later, transfer to Muscat International Airport for your onward journey, carrying with you unforgettable memories of your Best of Oman Tour Package.
