Day 1: Arrival in Kazan – Evening Stroll - Upon arrival at Kazan International Airport, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, take some time to relax and adjust to the city’s serene atmosphere. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk along Bauman Street, the city’s vibrant pedestrian avenue filled with shops, cafés, street musicians, and charming fountains. You can sample Tatar delicacies like echpochmak (a savory pastry) or chak-chak (a sweet dessert) at local eateries. Overnight stay in Kazan.

Day 2: Kazan City Tour – Kazan Kremlin & Kul Sharif Mosque - After breakfast, embark on a guided full-day tour of Kazan’s most famous landmarks. Start with the Kazan Kremlin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that reflects the city’s unique blend of Islamic and Orthodox cultures. Explore the Kul Sharif Mosque, one of the largest mosques in Europe, and the Annunciation Cathedral, representing centuries of religious coexistence. See the leaning Söyembikä Tower, shrouded in legends, and stroll along the Kremlin’s fortress walls for panoramic city views.
Continue your tour to Millennium Park, dedicated to Kazan’s 1000-year anniversary, and pass by the Palace of Farmers, an architectural masterpiece. After lunch, explore the riverside embankment for stunning views of the Kazanka River. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kazan.

Day 3: Island Town of Sviyazhsk & Raifa Monastery - After breakfast, head out for a full-day excursion to two of Tatarstan’s most cherished heritage sites.
First, visit the Island Town of Sviyazhsk, a fortress established by Ivan the Terrible in 1551 as a military base for the conquest of Kazan. Explore its historic wooden churches, monasteries, and museums that tell tales of Russia’s past. The peaceful surroundings and Volga River views create a truly picturesque setting.
In the afternoon, travel to the Raifa Monastery, located within the serene Volga-Kama National Park. Admire its beautiful white-stone churches, lush gardens, and the miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary of Georgia. Learn about the monastery’s spiritual traditions and enjoy a moment of peace by the tranquil Raifa Lake. Return to Kazan in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Tatar Culture & Leisure Day - After breakfast, immerse yourself in Tatar culture with visits to cultural landmarks and local markets. Start with a visit to the Tugan Avylym Complex, a traditional Tatar village featuring wooden architecture, handicraft shops, and restaurants serving authentic cuisine.

Afterwards, enjoy free time to explore Kazan at your own pace. You may revisit Bauman Street for souvenir shopping, relax at a café, or take a boat ride on the Kazanka River (seasonal). In the evening, opt for a cultural performance showcasing Tatar music and dance. Overnight stay in Kazan.

Day 5: Departure from Kazan - After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a short visit to a local market to buy traditional sweets, spices, or handicrafts. Transfer to Kazan International Airport for your onward journey, carrying wonderful memories of Kazan’s rich history, cultural diversity, and architectural beauty.
