Day 1: Arrival in Mysore

Welcome to Mysore! Upon arrival at the Mysore Railway Station , you will be greeted by a friendly Kashiyatra Tours representative who will assist you with a smooth transfer to your hotel.

Check-in and relax as you prepare to begin your exciting journey through the cultural and natural wonders of Karnataka.

Day 2: Coorg Sightseeing

After a delightful breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Coorg, one of Karnataka’s most scenic and serene hill stations.

Begin your day with a visit to the historic Madikeri Fort, a 17th-century structure that houses a museum and offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Next, visit Raja’s Seat, a charming garden with a spectacular viewpoint that was once the favorite recreational spot of Coorg’s kings. Don’t miss the sunset at Raja Seat, which paints the sky with hues of gold and orange — a perfect way to unwind.

Return to your hotel in Coorg for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Coorg – Madikeri Local Sightseeing

After breakfast at the hotel, you have the day at your leisure. You may choose to relax at the resort amidst Coorg’s tranquil surroundings or embark on a full-day sightseeing tour exploring the highlights in and around Madikeri.

Your sightseeing tour may include:

  • Talakaveri – The sacred origin of the River Kaveri, located on the Brahmagiri hills, offering stunning panoramic views.

  • Nisargadhama – A serene island formed by the Kaveri River, known for its bamboo groves, deer park, and hanging bridge.

  • Tibetan Monastery (Golden Temple) – Located in Bylakuppe, it is one of the largest Tibetan settlements in India and features beautiful Buddhist architecture.

  • Harangi Dam – A peaceful picnic spot near Kushalnagar, perfect for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts.

After a fulfilling day, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Madikeri.

Day 4: Coorg to Nagarhole (74 km / Approx. 2 Hours Drive)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Nagarhole, also known as Kabini, home to the renowned Rajiv Gandhi National Park. This region is a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers, offering a rich blend of forest, river, and wildlife experiences.

Upon arrival, check in to your jungle lodge or resort. Spend the afternoon at leisure, soaking in the peaceful natural surroundings.

In the evening, you may opt for a guided jungle safari (subject to availability and weather conditions), where you can spot elephants, deer, wild boars, and if lucky, even tigers and leopards in their natural habitat.

Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Nagarhole.

Day 5: Nagarhole to Bangalore (220 km / Approx. 5 Hours Drive)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Bangalore. Enjoy the scenic countryside en route as you journey towards the city.

Upon arrival in Bangalore, you will be dropped at the airport, railway station, or bus stand to connect with your onward journey.
