Day 01: Varanasi – Arrival – Ganga Aarti
Arrival: Upon arrival at Varanasi Airport or Railway Station, you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel for check-in.
Evening: In the evening, prepare for an enchanting experience at the Ganga Aarti ceremony on the banks of the sacred Ganges River. This mesmerizing ceremony offers a spiritual atmosphere with the sounds of bells, conch shells, and hymns filling the air. You can also opt to witness the Aarti from a boat on the Ganges (at an additional cost).
Overnight: Stay at your hotel in Varanasi.
Day 02: Varanasi – Morning Boat Ride – Temple Tour – Sarnath – Bodhgaya
Early Morning Boat Ride: Begin your day with a 5 AM boat ride on the Ganges, where you can witness the peaceful atmosphere of the Ghats, including Dashashwamedh Ghat, Assi Ghat, and Manikarnika Ghat. This is a spiritually enriching experience as you observe locals performing rituals and offering prayers.
Temple Tour: After the boat ride, visit some of the most famous temples of Varanasi:
Kashi Vishwanath Temple – A significant pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Annapurna Temple – A temple dedicated to the goddess of food, Annapurna.
Vishalakshi Temple – A sacred temple dedicated to goddess Vishalakshi.
Kal Bhairav Temple – One of the oldest and most revered temples dedicated to Lord Bhairav.
Return to the hotel for breakfast.
