Day 01: Varanasi – Arrival – Hotel Check-in – Ganga Aarti

Arrival:

• Time: Upon your arrival at Varanasi Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your pre-booked hotel.

• Hotel Check-in: Check into your hotel and refresh after your journey.

Evening – Ganga Aarti:

• Time: Around 5:30 PM

• Activity: In the evening, prepare to witness the captivating Ganga Aarti on the banks of the holy Ganges River.

• Experience: The ritual is a mesmerizing display of devotion, where priests perform prayers with fire, incense, and offerings to the Ganges. The atmosphere is charged with spiritual energy, providing an unforgettable experience.

• Optional: You may also choose to experience the Ganga Aarti from a boat on the river, providing a unique perspective of the ceremony (at your own cost).

Overnight:

• After the Aarti, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Varanasi, filled with the reverberations of the sacred chants.

Day 02: Varanasi – Morning Boat Ride – Temple Tour – Sarnath

Early Morning – Boat Ride on the Ganges:

• Time: 5:00 AM

• Activity: Start your day with a peaceful and serene boat ride along the Ganges, one of the holiest rivers in India. As you float along, you’ll witness the breathtaking views of the ghats and early morning rituals performed by devotees along the riverbanks.

• Experience: The boat ride provides a unique perspective of Varanasi's vibrant life and spiritual practices, creating a calming and reflective experience.

Post-Boat Ride Temple Visits:

• Time: 7:00 AM

• Activity: After the boat ride, visit the following key religious sites:

  • Kashi Vishwanath Temple: Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this temple is one of the most significant and sacred temples in India.

  • Annapurna Temple: Dedicated to Goddess Annapurna, the provider of food and nourishment.

  • Vishalakshi Temple: Another important temple dedicated to Goddess Vishalakshi, located near the Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

  • Kal Bhairav Temple: An ancient temple dedicated to Lord Kal Bhairav, a fierce manifestation of Lord Shiva.

Return to Hotel for Breakfast

• After your morning temple visits, head back to the hotel for breakfast.

Morning – Continue City Tour:

• Time: 10:00 AM

• Activity: Continue exploring Varanasi’s prominent landmarks and temples:

  • Durga Temple (Monkey Temple): A temple dedicated to Goddess Durga, with a unique history and significance.

  • Tulsi Manas Mandir: A temple dedicated to Lord Rama, where the Ramcharitmanas was written.

  • Sankat Mochan Temple: A revered temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman.

  • New Kashi Vishwanath Temple: A modern temple complex dedicated to Lord Shiva.

  • Bharat Kala Bhawan: A museum that displays ancient art and culture (Entry fee to be paid by the guest).

  • Bharat Mata Mandir: A temple dedicated to Mother India, known for the unique marble map of India.

Lunch at Hotel

• After completing your morning temple tour, return to the hotel for a delicious lunch.

Afternoon – Sarnath Tour:

• Time: 2:00 PM

• Activity: After lunch, drive to Sarnath, one of the most important Buddhist sites, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon.

• Explore:

  • Buddha Temples: Visit the various temples dedicated to Lord Buddha.

  • Dhamekha Stupa: A significant Buddhist monument where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon.

  • Chaukhandi Stupa: A historical stupa marking the spot where Buddha met his first disciples.

  • Archaeological Museum (closed on Fridays): A museum showcasing Buddhist artifacts and sculptures from ancient times.

Evening – Light and Sound Program at Chaukhandi Stupa:( Optional)

• Time: 6:00 PM

• Activity: Witness the Light and Sound Program at Chaukhandi Stupa (Entry fee to be paid by the guest). This captivating show narrates the rich history of Sarnath and the significance of Lord Buddha's first sermon.

Return to Hotel:

• After the program, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Varanasi – Checkout from Hotel – Drop to Airport/Railway Station

Morning – Leisure Time and Breakfast:

• Time: 7:00 AM

• Activity: Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the hotel, followed by some leisure time to relax or explore the nearby area at your own pace.

Check-out and Departure:

• Time: 11:00 AM

• Activity: After your leisure time, check out from the hotel. You will be transferred to Varanasi Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, filled with lasting memories of your spiritual and cultural exploration of Varanasi.
